Chiang Rai is not nearly as big as Bangkok, but there is a lot to do, and even more to eat, in this tiny city. Before heading to the bars and clubs, stop off at one of the many Chiang Mai restaurants for a delicious Thai meal.

When you are looking for Chiang Rai nightclubs, be sure not to forget the great outdoor bars that permeate the area. There are great places to have fun in Chiang Rai, but they are a bit more relaxed than their brethren in Chiang Mai and Bangkok.

Chiang Rai nightlife revolves around the Chiang Rai Night Bazaar where you can find goods, services, music, and of course, good drinks. Take a stroll through the bazaar and try and haggle down prices on an item that catches your fancy.
